Post5 Theatre takes audiences into the mind of Shakespeare’s arguably most famous and complex protagonist, Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. Directed by Portland stalwart Paul Angelo and featuring Post5 Producing Artistic Director Ty Boice, Hamlet marks the third production of Post5’s 2014 season. Utilizing Post5’s intimate Black-Box theatre and multimedia projections to create a show that is close, personal, and deeply psychological; Post5’s Hamlet will focus on Prince Hamlet’s relationship with his late father, and the universal themes of doubt, trust, and duty that accompany that.
Plus, Post5 is introduces its Experience Hamlet project, an incorporative theatrical experience for students that takes them through the production process as it happens!
