32 years ago, Rose Empress VI Mame and Rose Emperor V Frank came up with the idea for "Valentines From Hell", a (tough)drag show like no other, to benefit the Pride of the Rose Scholarship Fund. The PRSF is available to Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Transgendered, or Queer persons and their children to further their secondary education. Since it's inception more than 30 years ago, the PRSF has given more than $325,000 in scholarships to the community.
VFH is not an evening for crowns and gowns, but frocks, jocks, and frolic, and is the longest-running "tough drag" benefit in the country. Beautiful faces, beards, moustaches, hairy chests and legs.
Many fabulous items for raffle and auction, all proceeds from the door, performers tips, auction and raffle monies to benefit the Pride of the Rose Scholarship Fund.
This is an open show, group numbers encouraged, with a limited number of spots(tba) available on a first come basis. Music must be turned in no later than 5:30.
Doors - 5:00pm, Show - 6:00pm, $5.00 suggested donation.
